Manufacturing solutions for marine & sailing equipment
The marine environment demands more than standard components. Salt water, humidity, vibration, UV exposure and continuous mechanical loads require parts that are precise, corrosion-resistant and built for long-term performance.
CoreMBC supports manufacturers, equipment suppliers, shipyards and marine engineering companies across Europe by providing access to a wide range of manufacturing technologies for custom marine and sailing components.
From a single prototype to small and medium production series, we coordinate the complete manufacturing process – from technical documentation and material selection to production, quality control, surface treatment and delivery.

Materials designed for the marine environment
Material selection is one of the most important factors in marine applications.
Depending on the component, operating conditions and customer requirements, CoreMBC can coordinate production using materials such as:
AISI 316 / 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, marine-grade aluminium and various high-strength engineering steels.
For components directly exposed to seawater, particular attention is given to corrosion resistance, welding quality and appropriate surface finishing.
Grinding, polishing, passivation, anodizing and other surface treatments can be integrated into the manufacturing process according to the required application.
Multiple manufacturing technologies – one partner
Marine equipment often requires several different production technologies for a single assembly.
A bracket may require laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, welding, grinding, polishing and final inspection before it is ready for installation.
Instead of coordinating several individual suppliers, CoreMBC can manage these manufacturing stages through one point of contact.
Our manufacturing capabilities include:
- CNC milling
- CNC turning
- Laser cutting
- Sheet-metal bending
- TIG and MIG/MAG welding
- Precision grinding
- Gear and shaft manufacturing
- Surface polishing
- Passivation
- Anodizing
- Heat treatment
- Assembly
- Dimensional inspection
- Quality control
From technical drawing to finished component
Customers can provide an existing technical drawing, 3D model or specification.
CoreMBC then identifies suitable manufacturing technologies and production partners, coordinates quotations and production, follows the manufacturing process and ensures that the required quality standards are met before delivery.
This allows customers to concentrate on their products while CoreMBC manages the manufacturing and supply process.
Quality where It matters
Marine components are often safety-critical and operate in demanding environments.
Critical dimensions, mounting interfaces and functional surfaces can therefore be inspected before shipment.
Depending on project requirements, production can also include material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and additional manufacturing documentation.
For welded assemblies, special attention is given to weld quality, distortion and dimensional stability.
Flexible production quantities
Not every marine project requires thousands of identical components.
CoreMBC is particularly suitable for projects requiring:
- Prototypes
- One-off custom components
- Small production batches
- Medium serial quantities
- Replacement components
- Customised versions of existing products
- Repeat production
This flexibility makes our manufacturing network suitable for yacht manufacturers, boat builders, shipyards, marine equipment manufacturers, engineering companies and specialised marine suppliers.
One manufacturing partner for different components
Whether you need a stainless-steel anchor component, bimini fitting, railing bracket, engine mount, precision pin, shaft, cleat or a completely custom mechanical component, CoreMBC can coordinate the complete manufacturing process.
From technical drawing to finished component.
