FRANCE – Hydraulic system support bracket
A French company specializing in the manufacture of municipal vehicles required a robust and highly precise support bracket for hydraulic units. The component had to provide a long service life, maximum operational safety and full traceability.
CoreMBC managed the entire project – from technical consulting and design optimization to CNC machining, surface treatment and final quality inspection. The components were delivered within the agreed timeframe and successfully integrated into the customer's serial production.

CoreMBC manufactured the shaft from alloy steel and coordinated CNC turning, precision grinding and final quality control, while ensuring full traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process.

A leading German manufacturer of industrial valves required a complex stainless-steel housing with demanding requirements regarding dimensional accuracy, sealing performance and pressure resistance.
CoreMBC coordinated CNC machining of all critical surfaces, dimensional inspection and pressure and leakage testing. All components were manufactured according to the customer's technical documentation and delivered on schedule.

ERMANY – Machine mounting plate
For a German manufacturer of packaging machinery, CoreMBC produced a complex mounting plate manufactured from EN AW-6082 aluminium. The component required high dimensional accuracy, excellent flatness and precise positioning of numerous holes and mounting points.
CoreMBC coordinated CNC machining, anodizing and laser marking. The finished component fully complied with the customer's technical drawings and was delivered ready for installation.
